Eligibility: No one is excluded from visiting our properties. You must meet certain financial obligations and attend a ninety-minute personal guided preview of our resort in order to participate in this promotion. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium costs and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Minimum financial qualifications: household income of $60,000 US and possess a major international credit card and personal identification. This offer is only open to those over the age of 25. You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package with Vacation Play, or have participated in a promotion requiring attendance at a presentation: (i) within the last one (1) year at the property or properties promoted in this offer. This offers for married or couples living together, and both spouses must attend presentation together. Offer valid one per family only; No groups, consisting of more than one couple traveling together, permitted.

Accommodation Details: Reservations are on a space available basis. Savings and available accomodations may vary by season.

Standard value of accommodations: $99-$279/night. Offer is for a minimum 2 night stay. Vacation Play reserves the right to substitute accommodations listed in the offer with comparable accommodations, if need be without prior notice. Package includes accommodations and local gift vouchers only. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and not included in this special rate. Written confirmation required to check in.

Reservations: Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package. This package may be cancelled with no penalty within 24 hours of purchase by calling our customer service department. Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in will result in the forfeiture of the package price paid by the customer, as well as an additional charge, which will be equal to the total rack rate of the entire stay minus the original package price paid by the customer. If the customer no-shows to their scheduled tour appointment, Vacation Play reserves the right to charge the difference between the package price and the full rack rate of the hotel to the supplied credit card. Unless otherwise stated, travel must be completed within twelve months from package issue date.

Vacation Play is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, Acts of God, or any other force majeure. If advertised hotel accommodations are not available during the period requested, Vacation Play reserves the right to substitute accommodations of equal or greater value.
